Job summary

CNH Industrial Reman seeks a Reman Technical Specialist in Springfield, MO to support the dealer network with technical information on CNH Reman remanufactured products. You will handle form, fit, function, core, and availability inquiries by phone and email, and participate in face-to-face trainings as needed.

You will travel up to 10% to promote CNH Reman products, supporting the PSSM team and dealers with expert technical guidance to exceed expectations and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two years of related experience acceptable in lieu of each year of education.
• Four years manufacturing environment experience with technical background preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed dealer expectations and penetration targets.
• Provide technical support via phone/email with dealers, CNH field sales, and internal teams.
• Travel to train dealers and PSSM team on CNH Reman products.
• Assist with campaigns, programs, promotions, and contests for CNH Reman.
