Job summary

CNH Belgium in Zedelgem seeks a Training Specialist to deliver high-quality technical training to the Benelux dealer network, ensuring technicians are fully equipped to service CNH tractors to a high standard. The role involves planning courses, developing materials with a hands-on focus, and collaborating with Technical Support.

A Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, agriculture, or a related field and fluency in English, Dutch and French are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve training materials with a strong hands-on focus (minimum 50%).
• Collaborate with Technical Support to align content with field issues.
• Represent CNH brands professionally during all training activities.
• Occasionally deliver training on-site at dealerships and support field issues as needed.
• Provide support to other regions within EMEA when required.

Job Purpose

Deliver high-quality technical training to the Benelux dealer network, ensuring technicians are fully equipped to service and repair CNH tractors independently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training (classroom and workshop) to dealer service technicians and internal colleagues
• Ensure participants gain the skills and knowledge needed to support customers in both workshop and field environments
• Take ownership of training content for your assigned products within the market
• Plan and coordinate training courses and support the rollout of new training initiatives
• Identify gaps in technical knowledge and training offerings, and translate these into improvement actions
• Develop and continuously improve training materials and methods, with a strong focus on practical learning (minimum 50% hands‑on)
• Ensure training facilities, materials, and equipment are ready for each session
• Collaborate closely with Technical Support to keep training content aligned with real field issues
• Understand market needs and adjust training accordingly
• Represent CNH brands in a professional way during all training activities
• Ensure health & safety and proper conduct during training sessions
• Occasionally deliver training on-site at dealerships and support field issues when needed
• Provide support to other regions within EMEA when required

Experience Required

• Strong technical background and proven technical capabilities
• Good problem‑solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills and confidence in leading groups
• Ability to quickly understand and absorb new technical information
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
• Computer literate, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good command of English, Dutch and French
• Willingness to travel within Benelux and occasionally internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, agriculture, or a related field
• Affinity with the agricultural sector and understanding of machine applications
• Previous experience in training or coaching is a plus, but not required
• Inquisitive mindset with a strong drive to share knowledge and help others grow
• Strong customer‑oriented approach and motivation to deliver high‑quality support
• Knowledge of CNH Industrial products and brands
