Job summary

My CNH Reman is hiring for a Production Technician I – Engines Disassembly in Springfield, MO. You will disassemble core engines, clean and inspect parts, and tag components for routing to the correct area. Safety, quality, and regulatory compliance are essential in daily duties.

The role requires reading and comprehending instructions, operating various tools and equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. A steady attendance record and ability to lift up to 49 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HiSet required.
• Regular, predictable and reliable attendance.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, SDS, GHS labels, JSA.
• Ability to work with computers and software systems; must wear PPE.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach.
• Able to push/pull, lift 30 lbs constantly and 31–49 lbs frequently.
• Work in a climate controlled area and hearing conservation area.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions, submit PCR for incorrect work instructions, contribute to continuous improvement.
• Team Player, communicate effectively.
• Use basic problem‑solving techniques to resolve routine problems.
• Complete daily hoist and pallet jack inspections; maintain housekeeping.
• Operate machines like electric pallet jack, washer, fuel flush machine, presses, tools and hoist.
• Utilize hand tools such as wrench and hammer.
• Pre-wash engines; disassemble core engines; clean and inspect components.
