Job summary

My CNH Reman in Springfield, MO is seeking a Product Engineering Tech I to support the product lifecycle from disassembly through machining and assembly, documenting work center activities and contributing to standard costs and processes.

You will assist in maintaining project timelines, develop reports for management and customers, create BOMs, analyze component wear for remanufacturing, and help build detailed build documentation and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in related field required.
• Ability to use hand tools, fork truck, gauges and testing equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to wear PPE and maintain safety awareness.
• Ability to read MSDS and interpret JSA.

Responsibilities

• Assist and maintain adherence to project timelines.
• Develop reports for management and customers with accurate records.
• Create item masters and assist with part number revisions.
• Study core units and analyze wear to estimate remanufacturing needs.
• Create and structure Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Assist with setting replacement percentages for new BOMs and scrap levels.
• Create build documentation and work instructions.
• Participate in project teams and short-term assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
