Job summary

CNH Industrial Reman seeks a Reman Technical Specialist to support the dealer network with technical information on remanufactured CNH parts. You will respond via calls or emails and may conduct face-to-face visits, providing timely, accurate guidance on fit, form, function, core, and availability.

You will travel as needed to train dealers and the PSSM team, contribute to campaigns, and help grow CNH Reman’s presence with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic attitude with desire to communicate with people.
• Ability to learn, train, speak about CNH Reman products, and provide superior technical support.
• Four years manufacturing environment experience preferred; technical background in agricultural/construction fields helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed dealer expectations and penetration targets.
• Provide technical support and solutions via phone or email with dealers, customers, and field personnel.
• Travel as needed to promote or train dealers and the PSSM team on CNH Reman products.
• Assist with development of campaigns, programs, promotions, and contests for the PSSM team and customers.
• Assist with Target Success/Open Houses to provide technical support and training.
