CNH Industrial Reman in Springfield, MO is seeking a Reman Technical Specialist to support the dealer network with expert technical information on CNH remanufactured parts. You will answer questions about form, fit, function, core, and availability via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits.

This full-time role emphasizes strong communication, field training, and collaboration with sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred in business or technical field.
• At least four years in a manufacturing environment with strong communication.
• Ability to learn CNH Reman products and provide superior technical support.
• Proficient with ERP, data software, and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed dealer expectations and penetration targets.
• Provide technical support via phone or email to dealers, sales, and field staff.
• Travel to train dealers and PSSM team as needed.
• Assist with campaigns, programs, promotions, and contests.
• Support Open Houses with technical training.
• Contribute to annual business plan growth.
