Job summary

My CNH Reman is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead remanufacturing product development. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and release new product lines while maintaining quality and cost controls.

You will develop work instructions, create and manage BOMs, and support PPAP processes. This position emphasizes analytical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Five plus years' experience with product engineering or related field.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and apply GD&T prints for various products.
• Strong analytical skills/logic and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in APQP; prepare new product lines for release to production.
• Develop work instructions for reman products and create BOMs.
• Create and structure Bills of Material; manage part number revisions and upgrades.
• Study core units and analyze component wear to estimate remanufacturing extent.
• Interface with multiple departments to achieve cost effective, manufacturable products.
• Provide customer support with drawings, troubleshooting and application assistance.
