Job summary

PLA is seeking a Reman Pallet Builder in Houston, TX. In this role you will assemble, rebuild, and manufacture pallets to production specs using hand and power tools in a fast-paced warehouse.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to follow build instructions, and teamwork to meet daily production goals. High school diploma preferred; experience in pallet building is a plus. Regular full-time, on-site employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in pallet building or related fields.
• Familiarity with nail guns and saws.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow build instructions.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and meeting production goals.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and remanufacture pallets to required specs.
• Operate power and hand tools safely to complete pallet builds.
• Meet or exceed daily production targets with quality.
• Inspect wood components for defects before assembly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Support team and production flow as needed.
