Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Pallet Repair Reman in Dallas. You will build and repair wooden pallets from recycled materials, ensuring service-ready quality and safe handling. Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–1:30pm; pay starts at $17.00 per hour plus piece rate.

You’ll work with production supervisors and managers, operate various woodworking tools, lift up to 75 pounds, and help maintain a clean, safe workplace while meeting production quotas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Craft apprenticeship preferred.
• Must communicate effectively and follow safety rules.
• Ability to operate wood shop tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Return damaged pallets to service-ready condition using appropriate tools.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Plant Manager.
• Examine repaired pallets to verify quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment per 48forty standards.
• Build and repair pallets and meet production quotas.
• Stack pallets and secure loads according to inventory control.
