Qualifications

• Three years of luxury resort or hotel experience.
• Two years’ experience as a Sous Chef.
• Unexpired Food Safety certification.
• Broad knowledge of varied cuisines and ability to integrate regional ingredients.
• Ability to present cooking demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of daily food orders.
• Check the quality of daily specials before service.
• Interact with guests regarding special needs and requests.
• Maintain a professional attitude in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to adjust schedule based off levels of business.
