Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring the highest quality preparation of fine cuisine in the restaurant and special parties.

Sous Chef Required Skills:

• Three years of luxury resort or hotel experience.
• Two years’ experience as a Sous Chef.
• Unexpired Food Safety certification.
• Broad knowledge of varied cuisines and ability to integrate regional ingredient to menus.
• Ability to present cooking demonstrations.
