Nbutexas is relocating to Monterrey, CA and seeks a skilled Sous Chef to uphold the highest standards of fine cuisine for daily dining and special events. Candidates should have three years of luxury resort or hotel experience, two years as a Sous Chef, a current Food Safety certification, broad cuisines, and the ability to lead cooking demonstrations.
