Catholic Charities of Onondaga County is seeking a Relocation Services Program Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure successful relocation support for homeless and housing-vulnerable individuals in coordination with funding sources.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of local human services, and a commitment to serving low-income communities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of local Human Service delivery system, including public benefit programs.
• Experience working with low-income and/or homeless individuals preferred.
• Candidates with lived experience preferred and encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and Coordinate the daily services of Relocation Caseworkers and support staff.
• Plan and implement activities that insure the success of the Relocation Services program.
• Manage the provisions of service in relocating and supporting homeless and housing vulnerable individuals in accordance with funding source.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers to achieve program objectives.
• Serve as advocate and resource for program, staff, and program participants.
• Monitor expenses and use of program assets. Make budget recommendations.
• Establish short and long term program objectives.
• Insure the maintenance and timely completion of all program statistics and reports required by the funding source and Catholic Charities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment as appropriate.
• Act as a liaison to all governmental agencies and interface as required at local, state, and national level.
• Lead in increasing productivity and quality within area of operation.
