Qualifications

• Experience in household goods relocation sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers to advise on relocation processes and provide surveys and estimates.
• Follow up on leads and develop new business through networking.
• Maintain sales management tools and track activity and productivity.
• Communicate customer needs to operations and move coordinators clearly.
• Complete paperwork promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend to service issues and maximize sales opportunities, including after-hours.
• Tend to reports and close statistics to attain sales targets.
