Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Winans is seeking a sharp, self-directed Relocation Coordinator to manage referral flow for our Relocation Services team in Texas. You will be the first point of contact for new referrals and link agents with referral partners to drive conversions.

The role requires independence, quick learning, and confident decision-making, with strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and ensure timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Self-sufficient and quick to learn, with good judgment to ask questions when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage new referrals and transferee calls from first contact through placement.
• Assign referrals to agents, ensuring smooth handoffs and follow-through.
• Cultivate strong relationships with agents and referral partners.
• Own key performance metrics and drive conversion improvements.
• Handle multiple priorities with high quality and timeliness.
• Address agent and customer concerns to align expectations.
