Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active real estate license in good standing required.
• CRP or SCRP designation preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee relocation operations and referral performance across Weichert networks.
• Lead broker network development and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Coach and onboard agents to ensure service standards and client experience.
• Collaborate with executives to grow referral volume and market coverage.
• Monitor metrics and manage compliance with policies and SLAs.
