Aspen Dental is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee 6–10 practices, driving growth and profitability. You will manage P&L, lead staff, and partner with office teams to improve operations. Expect travel to nearby offices 3–4 days per week and onsite training during initial weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• Travel to nearby offices 3–4 days per week to support operations.
• Provide training and development to ensure staff knowledge of business model and procedures.
• Evaluate staffing needs with talent acquisition and office manager to enable onboarding.
