Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices. You will drive growth, own full profit and loss, and partner with the practice staff to improve processes. The role includes travel to nearby offices to support operations and training the team.

You will evaluate staffing with the talent acquisition team, ensure onboarding effectiveness, and support daily regional operations to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
• Willingness to travel daily to assigned offices and maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• Spearhead growth and process improvement initiatives with full P&L ownership.
• Provide training and development support to staff.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and office managers on staffing and onboarding.
• Support daily office operations within the region as needed.
