Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations for a group of 6–10 practices. The role includes profit & loss responsibility, growth initiatives, and close collaboration with staff to improve processes and patient care.

New hires will participate in extensive training with onsite work during training and travel to nearby offices as needed. A relocation after six months is required and competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Availability to relocate after 6 months of local training is required.
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or healthcare.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret and act on financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff of diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Daily travel requirements and driver’s license/insurance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations (3–4 days per week).
• During training, onsite at an Aspen Dental location 5 days per week.
• Provide training and development support to ensure staff understand the business model and procedures.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and office manager to plan staffing and onboarding.
• Support daily regional office operations as needed.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 / year + incentive opportunity

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Regional Manager , you will oversee practice operations for a group of 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices. You will play a critical role spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, own full profit and loss responsibility, and develop close working partnerships with the entire practice staff.

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations* (3-4 days per week).

• During training, you will be onsite at an Aspen Dental location 5 days per week

• Provide training and development support to ensure all practice staff demonstrate knowledge of the business model, operating procedures, and protocols

• In partnership with the talent acquisition team and the office manager, evaluate and communicate staffing needs to enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members

• Support daily office operations within the region as necessary

Qualifications:

• Availability to relocate after 6 months of local training is required (relocation assistance provided)

• Management experience over-seeing multiple locations in the retail or health care industry

• Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and employees of all ages and backgrounds

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle).
