Responsibilities

• Maintains oversight of the quality management system and drives continuous quality improvement.
• Directs regulatory compliance and SOP implementation for quality control.
• Collaborates with Center Manager to ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Oversees personnel functions of Quality Systems staff, including training and evaluations.
• Oversees internal and external audits, including CAPA and corrective actions.
• Performs root-cause analyses for deviations and customer complaints related to donor safety and product quality.
• Reviews donor adverse event reports and related documentation.
• Ensures that annual training is completed and documented.
• Oversees quality analysis reports and trend investigations.
• Holds monthly Quality Meetings to communicate status and actions.
