Job summary

Grifols, S.A in Houston is seeking a Plasma Donation Center Quality Systems Manager to oversee and enhance the quality management systems at their plasma donor center. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and improving quality to maintain donor safety.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably with plasma or whole blood.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates processes and coordinates implementation of quality system processes.
• Maintains oversight of the center’s quality management system.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Documents and investigates deviations and customer complaints.
• Prepares quality analysis reports.
