Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Quality Systems Manager in Oklahoma to oversee the donor center's quality management system, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead internal and external audits. The role reports to the Regional Quality Manager and drives corrective actions and staff training to maintain product quality and donor safety.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, SOP implementation, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives, with relocation assistance available up to $20K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
• Typically 2–5 years of related experience in a medical or cGMP regulated environment.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood.

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality management system oversight and continuous quality improvement.
• Directs processes to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company SOPs.
