Job summary

Epic is seeking a network engineer to install, configure, and support our campus and cloud networks. You'll influence changes in Epic's internal infrastructure and help keep the network up for healthcare providers nationwide.

Based on our Madison campus with relocation assistance, this role offers exposure to Cisco hardware, WAN design, and infrastructure-as-code tooling like Terraform and Ansible, within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience or interest in switches, routers, access points, and/or UPSes.
• CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Epic's campus and cloud networks.
• Evaluate technology and influence changes in Epic's internal infrastructure.
• Design and troubleshoot WAN connectivity for the network.
• Leverage infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible for deployments.
