Job summary

Epic is seeking a network engineer to install, configure, and support our campus and cloud networks. The role involves evaluating technology, influencing changes to Epic's internal infrastructure, and shaping WAN connectivity.

You’ll work with Cisco enterprise gear and modern switching/routing platforms, and use infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic achievement.
• Experience with switches/routers/access points/UPSes.
• CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support campus and cloud networks.
• Evaluate technology and influence changes to internal infrastructure.
• Design and troubleshoot WAN connectivity and security rules.
• Utilize infrastructure as code for deployments (Terraform, Ansible).
