Job summary

Tessiers Mechanical Contractors, the Midwest's premier mechanical contractor, is seeking a Project Manager in Rapid City, SD. This fast-paced role places you at the front end of projects, helping identify issues before construction begins.

Relocation assistance is available. You will lead multi-trade estimating, mentor junior staff, manage labor, and ensure safety and quality while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive project management experience in mechanical contracting.
• Solid understanding of construction practices, codes, and industry standards.
• Experience mentoring and developing assistant project managers.
• Strong track record in managing client relationships and communications.
• Relocation to Rapid City encouraged and supported.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects for Plumbing, Pipefitting, and Sheetmetal trades.
• Mentor Assistant PMs in change order estimating and process.
• Lead and assist with creating accurate estimates.
• Forecast labor hours and schedule labor for projects.
• Maintain positive relationships with Foremen and crews.
