A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee agricultural and grain elevator projects. The role involves client interactions to assess project needs, managing project crews, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in agriculture, project management, and proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in the Agricultural industry and grain elevators is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings with clients to assess required equipment installation and repairs.
• Create project cost estimates and timelines with internal teams.
• Present estimates/proposals to clients for agreement on project scope.
• Assemble and schedule team members and resources for projects.
• Research and order all necessary equipment for projects.
• Manage project crew and communicate status updates to clients.
• Ensure project completion to client's satisfaction.
• Identify new client opportunities through networking.
• Travel regionally to client sites within a 2–3 hour radius of Sioux Falls/Mitchell.

Project Manager - Agriculture/Grain Elevator Projects

Tessiers Mechanical Contractors, the Midwest’s Premier Mechanical Contractor, has an immediate opening for a full‑time Project Manager on our Agriculture/Specialty Service team. The project manager will manage new equipment installation and repair and maintenance projects for our agriculture clients, as well as identifying new clients and business opportunities through networking and rapport building. This position will report directly to the Specialty Service Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings with clients to assess required equipment installation and repairs that are needed.
• Work with internal teams to create an estimate of the project costs and timelines.
• Present estimate/proposal to client for review and agreement on Terms and project scope.
• Assemble and schedule the appropriate team members and resources needed to complete the project.
• Research and order all equipment needed for projects.
• Manage the project crew and proactively communicate project status updates to clients.
• Ensure project is completed to the 100% satisfaction of the client.
• Identify new client opportunities through networking and calling on potential and targeted clients.
• Regional travel to client sites within a 2-3 hour radius of Sioux Falls/Mitchell.

Education and Work Experience

• Prior experience and knowledge in the Agricultural industry and with grain elevators/equipment is highly preferred.
• Prior project management experience is preferred.
• Proficient working with MS Office Suite and MS Excel.
