Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician for a permanent, full-time position in Washington. The role involves patient-centered care, policy development in collaboration with clinical leadership, and coordination of diagnostic and treatment services.

Relocation assistance is available. Candidates must be board-certified in Family Medicine, hold a WA license, and have DEA registration for controlled substances. Two years of post-training practice is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine (required).
• ACGME-accredited residency program completed (required).
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in WA (required).
• Unrestricted DEA registration for controlled substances (required).
• Minimum 2 years post-training clinical experience (required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care in a patient-centered setting.
• Coordinate diagnostic and treatment services and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Stay current with CDC guidelines, infectious disease updates, and pharma developments.
• Complete all medical records and documentation promptly.
• Participate in call coverage on a rotating basis with peers.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop clinical standards and policies.
