Job summary

Suddath in Coppell, TX seeks a seasoned Relocation Coordinator to manage day-to-day activities supporting account relationships and furniture relocation services. You will develop move grids, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure client expectations are met from scope through delivery.

Responsibilities include production of move plans in AutoCAD, budgeting, timelines, and change order management, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five to seven years related experience preferred in office moving and furniture planning.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information and communicate clearly.
• Experience with move planning and coordinating with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, enter and confirm project and service requests.
• Coordinate walkthroughs, plan calls, and develop scope and service requirements.
• Develop furniture test fit scenarios and file planning.
• Produce move plans in AutoCAD and issue labels and placards.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, operations and customers to execute services.
• Maintain timelines, document progress and manage change orders.
