Job summary

The Suddath Companies in Coppell, TX seeks a customer service-focused Logistics Coordinator to support assigned accounts. You will schedule inbound and outbound shipments, including LTL and TL, and manage invoices and billing documents while responding to inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; college experience preferred.
• 2+ years in logistics or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent contact with clients and agents.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and schedule transportation needs.
• Manage invoices and billing documents.
