Qualificações

• High School diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years relocation or closely related customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Type 40-50 WPM.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel and educate customers on moving-related service needs.
• Liaise between customer, client, Suddath Account Manager and service providers to ensure exceptional experience.
• Provide clear verbal and written communication to customers and clients.
• Manage day-to-day customer service needs and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure proper COD collection and update client systems with accurate data.
