Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field, demonstrating leadership potential.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, maintains confidentiality, and resolves patient or customer concerns effectively.
• Embraces a patient-centric culture and shows passion for driving business growth and organizational objectives.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, consistently seeking personal and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Participate in rotations across clinic positions to build leadership skills.
• Develop persuasive communication to promote Serenity's healthcare options and address objections.
• Assist in business development initiatives and collaborative marketing efforts.
• Elevate the patient experience by advocating for mental health and educating patients on treatments.
• Learn and apply data-driven decision making using the Electronic Health Records system.
