Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field of study, demonstrating leadership potential.
• 2+ years of sales experience and a track record of meeting targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and resolve patient or customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Rotations: immersive 1-3 month rotations across clinic positions to gain leadership skills.
• Promote advanced healthcare options and overcome objections through persuasive communication.
• Support business development and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
