Job summary

Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) is seeking a Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction site operations. You will plan, schedule, supervise, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while maintaining alignment with budgets.

Relocation is offered to Denver, Las Cruces, or Chantilly, with focus on site leadership. The role requires strong communication, scheduling expertise, and deep knowledge of building codes, with OSHA and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years’ construction superintendent experience preferred but not required.
• Comprehensive understanding of plans, specs, and building codes.
• Computer skills: Email, Daily Reports, Timecards, MS Office, Scheduling software.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30; First Aid, CPR, and Respirator Training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to create short interval schedules and plans to meet milestones.
• Organize resources, materials, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Direct on-site construction activities and supervise crews.
• Develop and enforce safety and quality procedures and records.
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving measures.
• Generate progress reports and maintain daily project documentation.
• Resolve issues promptly and identify preventive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and permits.
