Job summary

Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent for our Meridian, Idaho project sites. The role demands strong leadership to coordinate daily activities, ensure safety, control costs, and maintain schedule integrity across multiple crews and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include detailed planning, on-site supervision, and close collaboration with project managers and owners to keep projects on time and within budget. Relocation is required for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of construction superintendent experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule detailed short-interval project plans to meet milestones.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to hit targets.
• Lead on-site supervision of crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety procedures, record keeping, and quality control.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting schedule or budget.
