Job summary

Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) seeks a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on active construction sites in Idaho.

You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met, safety rules observed, and budgets adhered to. The ideal candidate has strong planning, scheduling, and leadership skills, with experience in mechanical and refrigeration systems preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years’ Construction Superintendent experience preferred but not required.
• Comprehensive understanding of plans, specs, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule detailed short interval project plans to ensure milestones.
• Organize resources, materials, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Participate in Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and update on schedule changes.
