Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (State-specific).
• 12–15+ years of electrical field experience with 7+ years in high-level supervisory roles.
• Extensive experience leading large or multi-site projects in commercial, industrial, or federal environments.
• Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA requirements.
• Expertise with control systems, PLC logic, automation networks, instrumentation, and SCADA integration.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, grounding/bonding, arc-flash analyses, and protection strategies.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering teams and solve design challenges with field solutions.
• Proficient in reading/interpreting engineering drawings, panel schedules, sequences of operations, and control schematics.
• High-level leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and high-value projects with tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior leadership over multiple simultaneous electrical projects (large-scale, industrial, federal, mission-critical).
• Direct, mentor, and develop Superintendent 1&2 personnel, Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.
• Participate in division-level planning: manpower forecasting, pathways, training, succession planning.
• Represent the Electrical Division in executive coordination meetings and owner interactions.
• Lead constructability reviews, schedule sequencing, high-risk activity planning, resource distribution.
• Evaluate staffing needs and develop future leaders within electrical workforce.
• Provide rapid response troubleshooting and technical leadership for field challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety culture, energized work policies, and incident-prevention strategies.
• Coordinate QA/QC, review redlines, as-builts, commissioning logs, and turnover documentation.
• Support contract reviews, schedule impacts, cost projections, and change-order justification.
