Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 6–10 branded practices, driving growth and efficiency while owning full P&L responsibility. You will mentor staff and partner with the office team to ensure strong performance and patient care.

Travel to nearby offices occurs 3–4 days per week, with an initial training period onsite at a location. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration across clinics.

Qualifications

• Availability to relocate after 6 months of local training is required (relocation assistance provided).
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and employees.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental practices within the region.
• Lead growth and process improvements; own full P&L; partner with staff across practices.
• Travel to nearby offices 3–4 days per week to support operations.
• Onsite training at Aspen locations during initial period (5 days/week).
• Provide training to ensure staff understand business model, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to plan staffing and onboarding.
• Support daily regional office operations as needed.
