Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Relief Teller/Customer Service Representative to support multiple banking centers in Hopkinsville and surrounding areas. You’ll process transactions, open accounts, and help clients navigate financial products like CDs and Money Market Accounts.

Ideal candidates bring teller or cash-handling experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on compliance and fraud prevention, with flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Teller experience or familiarity with branch operations.
• Strong customer service skills, active listening, and clear communication.
• Experience handling cash and balancing cash drawer.
• Understanding of compliance and fraud awareness in banking.
• Able to explain banking products and assist clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across multiple banking centers; assist teams where needed.
• Deliver accurate and efficient teller transactions.
• Open/maintain accounts and assist with loan applications.
• Refer clients to appropriate banking professionals for needs.
• Identify client needs and generate appropriate referrals.
• Explain security measures and banking procedures to clients.
• Handle client concerns professionally and find effective solutions.
• Assist with fraud prevention and comply with regulations.
