Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Relief Teller/Customer Service Representative in Spring City, TN. This on-site role supports multiple banking centers, processing transactions, cash handling, and assisting customers with accounts and basic products.

You'll balance drawers, identify client needs, and refer them to banking specialists while ensuring compliance and security. Weekend hours and travel between centers may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Teller experience preferred (6+ months).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a business setting.
• Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience.
• Strong customer service skills, including active listening and clear communication.
• Experience recommending and referring financial products.
• Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection.
• Ability to accurately balance a cash drawer.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and multi-line phone systems.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours.
• Ability to travel between banking centers as needed.
• Ability to remain in a stationary, standing position for up to 75% of an eight hour workday.
