Job summary

Dimensions is hiring Relief Support Workers in Worcester to provide person-centred support to a range of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You’ll join teams across services, delivering flexible shifts that suit your lifestyle and supporting independence while encouraging participation in community activities.

Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays. No two shifts are the same, and comprehensive training is provided to help you grow with

• Provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs across different services
• Support people to live independently and pursue interests
• Assist with daily routines, community activities, and social outings

• Administer medication and support communication and individual goals

Job description

£12.71 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay accrual

About the role

We\'re looking for flexible and enthusiastic Relief Support Workers to join our teams across Worcester and the surrounding area.

As a Relief Support Worker, you\'ll provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, brain injuries and complex health needs. You\'ll work across different services, supporting people to live independently, pursue their interests and enjoy fulfilling lives.

No two shifts are the same. You could be supporting someone to access their community, attend appointments, enjoy hobbies and social activities, manage daily routines, or develop everyday life skills.

Support may include:

- Promoting independence and choice

- Community activities and social outings

- Meal preparation and healthy living

- Personal care and mobility support

- Medication administration

- Building confidence and life skills

- Supporting communication and individual goals

Shifts are available across days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays, depending on service requirements and your availability.

About you

You\'ll be a great fit if you\'re:

- A manual driver with a full UK driving licence

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — we\'ll provide full training and ongoing support.
