Job summary

Dimensions Bath is seeking caring Support Workers to join a warm, person-centred team. You will support eight adults with complex health and support needs in a compassionate environment, with full training provided. Roles include medications, PEG feeding, epilepsy protocols, and activities that promote wellbeing.

About the role

We\'re looking for caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in

eight adults aged 40-60 with a range of complex health and support needs.

This is a warm, welcoming service where every person is supported as an individual. You\'ll work alongside experienced colleagues to provide person-centred support to people with epilepsy, PEG feeding requirements, complex physical disabilities and communication needs.

The people we support enjoy a variety of activities, including:

  • - Music and sensory sessions
  • - Arts, crafts and baking
  • - Spending time with friends, family and support staff
  • - Exploring new experiences and maintaining active routines

Family involvement is important, and you\'ll work closely with relatives and healthcare professionals to ensure every person receives the best possible support.

Your role will include:

  • - Supporting personal care and daily living tasks
  • - Administering medication and following healthcare plans
  • - Supporting PEG feeding and epilepsy protocols (full training provided)
  • - Following SALT guidance around feeding and communication
  • - Encouraging choice, independence and participation
