Universal Storage Group in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a full-time Relief Manager to join our team. You will greet customers, assist with unit sizing, complete rentals, and manage payments, records, and monthly marketing activities.

The role involves daily bank deposits, maintenance of facilities, and potential for bonus opportunities based on performance. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans, disability coverages, retirement options, paid time off, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Attitude and aptitude testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and handshake.
• Help customers determine the best size unit before each rental.
• Complete all rental paperwork accurately.
• Perform scheduled facility walk-throughs and lock checks.
• Post payments received the day of receipt.
• Track and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Maintain customer records and notes.
• Make daily bank deposits and post receipts as instructed.
• Conduct monthly marketing activities (calls, visits, emails, social posts, events).
• Keep merchandise stocked and the facility presentable.
• Clean vacant units to rentable condition.
• Ensure grounds, office and restrooms are clean at all times.
• Prepare auction units according to procedure and lien laws as needed.
