Job summary

Storage Xxtra in Columbus, GA is seeking a Relief Property Manager to handle leasing, payments, customer service, and light maintenance on site across our Newnan, Tyrone, Fayetteville, and Villa Rica stores. You will greet customers, process transactions, and maintain an orderly office during business hours.

This role requires reliable transportation, full‑time on‑site work five days a week with Saturdays, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in management or supervisory roles in property management, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive attitude, honesty, and reliability.
• Basic computer skills (typing, emailing, printing); Google Workspace experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties and process payments and merchandise sales.
• Handle email and phone correspondence with customers.
• Perform on-site maintenance, cleaning, and administrative office tasks.
• Travel to multiple stores as needed.
