Job summary

Highlinesp seeks a Floater Property Manager to cover multiple storage centers across Hoschton, Flowery Branch, Jefferson, and Chestnut Mountain. The role requires traveling between sites to support staffing, address occupancy goals, and uphold company standards.

You will manage customer relations, process payments, and monitor revenue while coordinating with Area or District leadership. Must have a HS diploma or GED and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, customer service, and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties to provide immediate coverage for staffing shortages, peak times, or other operational needs.
• Engage customers in person and over the phone to meet or exceed sales and occupancy goals.
• Process payments, invoices, and handle daily financial transactions; monitor revenue and occupancy strategies.
• Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• Mentor on-site staff and maintain clear communication with leadership.
