Job summary

Storage Xxtra in Columbus, GA is seeking a Property Manager to handle leasing, payments, customer service and storefront operations from our Floyd Rd and Buena Vista Rd locations. You will manage daily office tasks, coordinate with customers face-to-face, by phone and online, and maintain a welcoming, professional store environment.

Hours are 9am–6pm Monday to Friday with Saturday availability; pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour plus monthly bonus, and full benefits including health, dental and

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably as a manager or assistant manager in property management, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive attitude; honest.
• Basic computer knowledge; Google Workspace familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Email and phone correspondence with customers; leasing and payments.
• Handle merchandise sales, collections, and admin duties.
• Maintain a clean, professional office and high customer service standards.
• Travel to Floyd Rd and Buena Vista Rd stores as needed.
