Job summary

The Mini Storage Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Relief Property Manager to oversee on-site operations across four properties. You will handle leasing, payments, merchandise sales, and customer interactions while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires reliable transportation and travel between sites, a 5-day workweek, and pay in the $16–$18 per hour range with potential monthly bonuses; eligible benefits include health, dental, vision, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience, preferably as a manager or assistant manager in property management, retail, or hospitality
• Must have a positive attitude and be honest
• Basic computer knowledge, such as typing, emailing, printing, etc is required. More advanced knowledge including familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties and process payments
• Merchandise sales and collections
• Communicate with customers via email and phone
• Light cleaning and administrative office duties on-site
• Interact with the public face-to-face and via computer/phone
• Work five days a week at our Charlotte, NC properties
