Storage Xxtra is seeking a Property Manager to handle customer communications, leasing, payments, and sales while maintaining a professional office. The role requires on-site presence at multiple Columbus, GA stores, with weekend work and a 9am-6pm (Fri) / 9am-4pm (Sat) schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably as a manager or assistant manager in property management, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive attitude and honesty.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Email and phone correspondence with customers.
• Leasing and payment processing.
• Merchandise sales and collections.
• Light maintenance and cleaning, and general administrative office functions.
