Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy in Noblesville, IN is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our patient-centered team. You will fill prescriptions accurately, educate patients, and collaborate with clinicians to advance pharmacy care within our community.

As a mentor to technicians, you’ll promote best practices, uphold Meijer policies, and maintain strong relationships with patients and staff. This on-site role requires clinical orientation and a proactive approach to pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• Working knowledge of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians.
• Motivate team members to perform at a high level.
• In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, manage pharmacy operations.
• Adhere to Meijer policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively and act as an agent of change.
• Prioritize workload with excellent organization.
