The position offers a pay rate of $21.22 per hour with per diem scheduling (days 10a–6p and weekends 9a–3p). Candidates must have a high school diploma, a MA driver's license, and the ability to drive, pass background checks, and complete trainings online and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Assists with ensuring a livable environment.
• Participates in the development, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of each individual's goals.
• Provides therapeutic support and assists in Behavior Support Plans, if appropriate.
• Transporting individuals to and from appointments.
• Assists individuals with Activities of Daily Living such as feeding, dressing, toileting, and other aspects of personal care, and nutritional needs.
• Money management, such as support with benefits.
• Willingness to obtain training & certification within 90 days of hire - We will train!

Who we are looking for:

Seeking per diem case workers to help empower adults with intellectual disabilities to make more meaningful life choices by working directly with those individuals in our Independent Living Supports (ILS) Department

Work Settings:

Individual's Homes/In the Community

The Job Responsibilities:

Preferred:

• Previous human services or long-term care experience is strongly preferred
• CNA/HHA experience preferred
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
