Extell is seeking a Relief Hallperson for its prestigious Central Park Tower location in New York. You will deliver items to residents and guests, operate the service elevator, and assist the Resident Manager with daily condo operations while performing doorperson and concierge duties as needed.

Ideal candidates bring a professional, friendly demeanor, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury residential setting.

Formación

• Previous hallperson experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and the community-at-large is preferred.
• Multilingual fluency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver items (newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries) to residents and guests.
• Operate the service elevator.
• Assist the Resident Manager in day-to-day condo operations.
• Perform Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
• Assist in transporting luggage and groceries to units and other areas.
• Provide 5-star customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
